This is 4 star hotel. It has a prayer floor where you can pray with jamaat, offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a shopping mall inside.
It's about a 15 minute walk to the haram.
The best rooms are spacious, the bathroom is posh, and the beds are clean.

Good, clean rooms, housekeeping was great as well.
Has great WiFi signals in lobby but poor WiFi signals in rooms.
The bathrooms are good & clean but there's no wiper so the water collects on & off on the floor until it is cleaned by housekeeping the next day.
We had an issue with recharging the room card, everyday by going to the reception.
And it's atleast 10 min walk to Masjid Al Haram
Quite costly.
And the package to get breakfast lunch buffet is yet more expensive.

Room was not carpeted, sockets were not working or the socket was linked with the table lamp so you don't have option to keep your mobile on charge while you want to keep the table lamp off. Bathroom was not in good condition as most of the time water wasn't flowing out and was gathering in the Bathroom.
Staff and services and parking facilities are nice

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel.
Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
