I ordered a double but got a single bed, staff attitude does not need customers, Parking attendants make it difficult for customers

Good price for service. The location is not the closest, but not the farthest either. The rooms do need touch ups, but are clean.

Location is good as close to haram @ 5min walk. But all other services not up to the mark. Long time to check in. Room service was non responsive nor the reception. No complementary tea was available in the room. Toiletries were really insufficient. Room carpet was really dirty & no toilet shoes were available.
