Like most hotels, this is within walking distance of the Haram. Service is in dire need if improvement. Wifi is very intermittent. Our safe wasn't working, and we were told someone will come fix it, this obviously didn't happen. The room AC was temperature wasn't displaying the correct temperature. Breakfast was reasonable.

Quite calm and clean The service is always on time and the personal takes the time to pass and ask if you need sth. The elevator is quick and not noisy at all. We had a standard single beds room, everything was clean but the carpet is old and having durty marks. I did not like the arrangement of the room bc you actually can not open the door without having all your stuff shown to everyone passing by, and I am saying this because yes, the air conditioner is the only option to aerate your room. The window is literally BLOCKED ! Also another bad point is the Wi-Fi... yet it works good and does not bug, but calls are not allowed at all (which is bizarre. When I asked they told me that it needs reparation) Near Haram ... but no direct view.

Located close to masjid nabwi but that's true for most hotels too. Rooms are clean & services are adequate however hotel seems a but dated with worn out carpets in rooms & lobby. Wifi reception is terrible in rooms.
