500 meters to Nabawi mosque. The lobby is small and quiet hectic when too many passangers arrive at the same time. The elevator is small. The TV channel is a few and boring. The bathroom is still using bathtub and the water flow is so small even there are backwater flow at my mom's room. The wifi is lame, only can be used in the hallway and not in the room. The room key is so difficult to use. No regular CLEANING.

This Hotel near to Masjed Alnabawi gates no. 21,22,23 arround 5 minutes and located in a high class area There is Madina Bus deliver from Train Station & Airport to the station in front of Hotel for 11 SAR, so no need to pay more high cost in Taxi. The hotel presents Breakfast & Dinner with well tasted dishes oriental & non oriental + Juice, tea & coffee. Rooms seem in good condition & room serviced always checks for any missing. There is free wifi in all hotel. In seasons hotel is too crowded, but everything going well. There is 12 elevator in hotel but I think it's not enough in seasons time.

They dont good speed wifi, its like 256 KB/s. No regular cleaning. Also the hotel interior is not as pictured. Its pretty old standards. No coffee machine. Only one charging port in the entire room also no charging port in bathroom for trimmers. Overall the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life.

absolutely appalling checked in yesterday with my husband and 2 children. got given the room key… opened door and ants were running all over the floor and on the toilet seat. the worker seen them too so offered to change the room..next room was full of damp.. changed room again and the room was disgusting dirty marks damp in a horrendous state. within 15 minutes off reaching there we checked out and paid alot of money for a new hotel. health hazard. definitely not recommended. my travel agent booked that for us said its got good reviews. but when you get there its horrendous

The only good thing about this place is the location. Other than that avoid and go to the Hilton if you can. The room's are old and stained, the carpet was disgusting and the beds were creaky and in 2023... THERE IS NO WIFI. To clarify wifi is apparently available at the hotel but there's barely any connection. You speak to reception and they actually said "sometimes maybe work, sometimes not". Our rooms weren't cleaned sometimes for 2 days in a row despite asking for it to be cleaned. Avoid it if you can.
