Description

Meshraq is a breakfast and lounge-style restaurant offering Arabic food. You will find the usual starters offered on the menus of other shamy restaurants: hummus, moutabbal, baba ghanouj, and maasoub. The restaurant is quite large with a room on the ground floor and another on the first floor for families who can eat their meals in rooms with curtains. 

The decoration is quite nice and gives a modern and warm aspect to the restaurant. The food is great, the service on the other hand is not Meshraq's strong point. Even though everything suggests that it is a classic restaurant, the customer will have to go to the cashier himself to order and pay before consuming his meal. If you want to take your leftovers home, the server will bring you a box that you have to fill and close yourself. The restaurant is located along King Abdullah Road, Al Hadiqah, very close to King Fahd Park

Food quality was average as well as service and food presentation. Although we sat indoors, the place was full of flies.

The food was okay, the amount of food is not like the one shown in the picture. Maasop was not that good the banana wasn't ripe enough and they only have brown bread with the food ! Other dishes were okay enjoyed them and the place was amazing. I liked the flatbread it was delicious and the kashka was amazing the other one i think it is "egg plant fatta" was delicious. Thats pretty much it :)

They have to work more for the customers services, and the waiting list more than the usual we know to wait the order . Otherwise the food it's good.
