Positives: Great location, a few minutes walk into the masjid. Good local shopping markets. Friendly staff and easy check in. Cons: Very dated and old room decor. Room cleanliness also needs to be looked at. Breakfast options are okay but nothing compared to a real 5* hotel. The service staff at the breakfast buffet will show favour to Arabs over non arabs. Day we arrived our bathroom was flooded because the toilet was broken which a maintenance guy came and fixed. During our stay we had room service guy walk into our room at 11pm while we were all asleep. Like seriously? On check out day we had no water in the shower or bathrooms due to a pipe bursting which took hours to fix so none of us could take a shower which wasn't convenient. Overall this is more of a 2-3 star hotel.

Hotel needs lots of renovation.. showers were leaky and broken. Water seal from bathtub was poor and whole washroom becomes a puddle which can be hazardous. Washroom amenities were lavish good, generously provided. No iron or board in our room

The hotel looks good, but the furniture is kind of old and not upgraded. The location is excellent and close to women entrance for the mosque. The buffet for the breakfast was included and it was nice and has varities. For dinner, you can pay 150 SR per person and very nice food like rice, fish and different kinds of fruits

Food was good. Service at reception was excellent. We had to change room as the first room was very dirty. The second room was much better and cleaner. The room Service was kind of good.. had to search for them the whole day just to give toothbrush and towels. In the morning at around 7.30,we pressed the button to clean our room, we came back at 14.00, the room was still not cleaned! Apart from 2 sockets, none worked. We had to wait to charge our phones

This was a perfect hotel for our family of 4 (including 2 children under 10 years old). We went to perform umrah and visited the prophet's mosque. The hotel is right next to the boundary wall of the mosque. The room we had was clean and looked recently renovated. Great breakfast buffet option. There's also a shopping mall and a super store within the hotel. Hotel staff and housekeeping staff were courteous and provided exceptional service.
