Description

The Garden of Salman Al Farsi is a beatiful historic site in the Blessed City of Madinah which, contains 300 date palms which were planted by The Blessed Prophet Muhammed (Peace and Blessings of God Be Upon Him) himself to free his companion Salman Al Farsi (RA). The garden also contains a well with beautifully fresh sweet water which you can taste. You can visit the garden, taste the water and buy dates from this blessed garden. It is also located a few minutes away from both the Ghars Well and Ethiq well.

Garden is there but not maintained well . There is also The well of salman farsi which government is maintaining . Dates i bought from there were good and price was also reasonable .

Beautiful Garden

This blessed garden is currently open to the public and at the time of visit a small coffee house was also being built for visitors. You can buy dates and taste the fresh water from the well. It’s location is not exactly as per the Google location, it’s close to what is labelled as “Nabi Thamar” on Google Maps

The place is open, but unfortunately you cant call it a garden, no maintenance and no grass touching your knees. Nothing to see there. Water is salty and it feels like deserted.
