Masharef Tea Lounge is a magnificent lounge. The staff is very nice and kind. The decor is simple and elegant, and the atmosphere is nice and calm. The seating area is comfortable, and the lounge is clean and tidy. The lounge offers light snacks and delicious desserts. They also have specialty hot and cold beverages like lattes, hot chocolate, ice chocolate pistachio lattes, etc. They have pizza, burgers, chicken strips, etc. Masharef Lounge is inside the Swissotel Al maqam on the ground floor in Makkah.

Amazing hotel in Mecca, literally on the doorstep of Haram. Everything we needed. Breakfast was spot on, well kept and topped up. Smooth check in too. Multiple entrances and exits which help at busier times to stop crowds forming around lifts. The housekeeping service was excellent. Always had extra water bottles when asked and towels. My ONLY gripe is the shower design causes water to overflow outside and flood the bathroom floor. The drain hole should never have been placed directly under the shower spray. Other than, highly recommend this hotel. Alhamdulillah

Good experience here at the hotel. Services were prompt. Rooms are beautiful. Thanks Ali Safrani for the quick checkout. I didn't get the name of the Lady that checked me in and exchanged for room 1307, that lady at the reception is really awesome. She was very fast at giving me the room when I requested for the change. Excellent service. Thank you. Will come again..

Fakhrul Islam was very helpful! From the moment we stepped out of the cab till we got our room. He was there to help with any and everything during our stay. Highly recommend the hotel just based on his impeccable service !!!

The hotel is so close to holly ka'bah so me and family can pray peacefully. Food is great and delicious, spacious room, clean towel, water is enough. Ahmed Khair the staff is very kind and helpfull. Also all the cleaning service staffs. Hospitality everywhere.

I stayed in Swiss Al Muqam hotel with my family, they were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel early this was a big plus point. The rooms were clean , very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They deal us in a very good way. The reception staff was also very good. Fakhurul bell boy is really a nice guy. He helped me in so many relatable things. They went beyond to help to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.
