Location and Rooms are great. They even add beds on request but that won't be needed as 1 bed can easily fit 2 people, it's very large. Aesthetic, view and restaurant selection are very good. Only issue with room service as they have limited amount of stuff that you can take in a day. For eg water bottle, towel or toiletries etc. Would definitely recommend depending on your budget and time of the year you're coming at. Because the prices can be high.

Not even one star is enough. Used to be good but now the service is so bad. Waited too long for check-in, rooms were dirty, had to change them 3 times, bathrooms dirty, no room service whatsoever. Petty concierge personnel trying to make lives difficult just to prove a point. The worst experience ever. It was embarrassing because I brought 13 guests from abroad with me, only to have the service this bad. I asked for a feedback form so I can raise these issues silently but none was provided. No one seemed responsible, and no one seemed to care that there were these issues. I miss when Pullman zamzam was a good hotel.

it was a slight letdown when visited Pullman ZamZam. the rooms were heavily neglected regarding the electric outlets, amenities, and visible lack of cleanliness. the front desk was of great help, we were able to move to a cleaner and more functioning room; very grateful. but i would not recommend it as a semi leisure stay.

very pleased of the service from the receptionist team. they are very kind and try to accomodate our stay with everything they have. early check in and late check out was easy to discuss and we even got a VIP buffet breakfast too. thank you to the staff named manav, shes very kind and always smile! may Allah bless!

Noushad was a great host in the kitchen area. Nuha was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. Overall, a lovely experience with excellent housekeeping staff. I would highly recommend.
