Masharef Tea Lounge is a magnificent lounge. The staff is very nice and kind. The decor is simple and elegant, and the atmosphere is nice and calm. The seating area is comfortable, and the lounge is clean and tidy. The lounge offers light snacks and delicious desserts. They also have specialty hot and cold beverages like lattes, hot chocolate, ice chocolate pistachio lattes, etc. They have pizza, burgers, chicken strips, etc. Masharef Lounge is inside the Swissotel Al maqam on the ground floor in Makkah.

Sounds like you had an amazing experience! From the clean and comfortable room to the convenient location near the clock tower mall and the Haram, it seems like everything was perfect. The room service and staff were both exceptional, and the breakfast with its huge variety must have been a highlight. Overall, it sounds like a fantastic place to stay.

We had a great stay, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was awesome. ROOM service Cleaned the rooms everyday. They had a great variety food at breakfast time and separate area for Kids. The location to the haram is very close just few meters. The bathrooms needs to be upgraded.

Customer service was 100% Rooms were 100% clean Location cannot go wrong next to the mosque, eye catching distance. Food was amazing fusion of Asian and middle Eastern really enjoyed 100% Manager Faizan went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I will come back again....lovely experience.

Absolutely poor service! When we checked in about 5:30 in the morning there was only One person in the reception. We had to wait more than 2 hours to check in. Very very poor given the size of the Hotel. After checking they gave us wrong rooms, charged us extra money and promised we have the view of kaaba which was not the case. After complaining they said they will sort it after zuhur prayer but there was no sign. They kept on saying they will sort it, eventually we spent the whole day without any rest because we didn’t have no place to rest. Duty manager was very arrogant not sure why he think he is above his customers. You would think 5 star hotel basic service would be good FAR FROM IT. hotel was nice, location was good. but service is the worst
