Lobby Cafe - Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah Unclaimed

A 5 star rated hotel, but the service level is not even 3 star. The rooms were clean but the wash rooms were not clean. Had to call for maintenance department to report of clogged wash basin sink and shower area as well. No towels were available, and only when i called they delivered. Next room service the old ones were removed and no new ones provided had to ask for it again. The sofa were broken. Over all poorly maintained property.

Hotel is not even worth for 4 stars. Breakfast- small set of meals, coffee machine was broken. Housekeeping- rooms are dirty, everywhere dots and stains. Towels, dental kit, slippers can be only given! when you request and wait for hours! Reception or guest service will ignore your phone calls. I was completely failed when expecting 4-5 star service during my stay with family in December, 2022.

This hotel is a joke when they claim themselves as a 5 star property! It isn’t even close to 5. Cleanliness in the halls, corridors and lifts were bad. Upon first entry to my room, I noticed that my bed was all crumbled up and was roughly made. Carpet had stains on it, mirror and windows in the room was dirty with all fingerprints on it. Dust under the lamps. Room didn’t have any toiletries like dental kits, shaving kits, soap bars etc and only had 1 of shampoo, shower gel and moisturizer. It didn’t even have a hairdryer !!! For a room that’s supposed to accommodate 3 guests, ONLY 1 TOWEL was provided. Is this what a five star hotel is like? I literally had to call the front desk over and over again to ask them to send me all the above basics things that I, as a guest would expect from a 5 star hotel. It was more annoying when no one picked up my calls after trying for million times. Staff were not welcoming at all. During breakfast, there was only 1 coffee machine for a lot of Guests resulting in huge lines. They should add an extra coffee machine. Staff weren’t refilling the finished items soon. However, breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but surprisingly was great. We enjoyed their breakfast. Shuttle service to and from Haram was amazing. They are operating 2 large buses every 30 minutes which made it easier for guests. The hotel offered free 3 level underground parking which was very convenient. All in all, This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel and I would not back to the Park Inn. I’ll make sure to send this to Radisson corporate to show them how their partner hotel is operating and falsely advertising.

Very good experience, rooms are spacious and clean …it was a pleasant stay.. staff are helpful and especially Mr. Fouad was exceptional in his communication and the swift action in fulfilling all your queries.. Thanks

Overall the hotel was OK. I was told it was a five-star hotel, and I would rate it more of a three star hotel. The room was fine but no one came to clean my room in the three days that I was there. There were also stains on the carpet in the room. The bathroom was cute but it had a bad odor and there was hair and dirt everywhere. The staff were nice and the lobby smelled really good. The view from the hotel is not good but it's close to many shops and food places. The food was okay, but it took a whole day for me to contact the restaurant but when they finally answered, the food was pretty tasty. I just went to do umrah so I didn't stay long. I wouldn't recommend it for long stays but if you're going for two or three days, I think it's OK.
