Very nice room ... Good service ... Good staff ... Parking available in basement ... Grocery store few steps away ... Hourly bus service to / from Haram ... Metro station few steps away ... Bus Number 4 goes to / from Haram ... And that's free of charge ... Kids enjoyed ... Overall, it was an excellent experience staying there !

Rooms - spacious and clean. Shower was large, very comfortable for the area. Service- absolutely pathetic. Staff dont gv a dam abouy guests. Bad attitide especially the porter we had. Rude to guests. Whenever u need anything u call no less than 4 times before it comes. The staff here hav no idea what image, name and service radissons around the world uphold. I have stayed in many other countries in radissons, the brand is amazing. But THIS TEAM IS TARNISHING THE GOOD BRAND NAME. my toilet was skew (leaning to the right), i reported it, still not level. Room 1909. The house cleaning staff are sloppy, they dont even wipe mirrors properly. Was quite disappointed in the level of service. The management are absolutely clueless. CHANGE THE ENTIRE TEAM! Location is good, main road. And the hotel is the best is the area from what we have hear. So great choice, i will go again. Hopefully we will get some professional service from a qualified team the next time.

My stay at Park Inn Radisson, Aziziyah was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant interiors and serene surroundings. The highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Mohammed Bagdadi, whose attentiveness and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. The amenities, including the diverse dining options and well-equipped fitness center, added to the luxurious stay. I highly recommend Park Inn Radisson for an unforgettable experience in Aziziyah.

Best quality price. The rooms are clean and very accommodating with big space. The staff are really nice and helpful, very good position in Aziziya which is just 30 min away by bus from Haram even in massive times as end of Ramadan. I came to the hotel very tired and the hotel staff were so friendly that they made my experience rise and managed to rest very well thanks to the bedding good quality. Downsides are that some of the rooms don’t have enough natural light and the sanitary needs some refreshments. Anyway, I recommend the hotel to anyone in need of rest and nice standards. In the area, you find nice snacks and restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel. The shuttle service is good aswell. Thanks Parkinn for your hospitality.

Very disappointed with the hotel so far. Room phone not working, no response from reception, reserved a suite for 4 with two beds and three bathrooms but only two towels, had to go down a couple of times just to get more towels, one bathroom drain is clogged, no hair dryer, windows not sound proof, there's on going construction in the area didn't let us sleep. Breakfast was ordinary but Alhamdulillah. One staff was kind enough to get omelette for kids. Five stars to him in person.
