Reefaf Al Mashaer Hotel is one of the best hotels in Makkah. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner open to the public. During breakfast, they have (boiled eggs, salads, dessert ume ali, chocolate cake, cornflakes, grave juice, mango juices, etc.) The lobby furniture is luxurious, comfortable, and the lighting theme is soft. Due to Covid 19, temperature, mask, and tawakalna applications are required to enter. The atmosphere is nice, calm, and the room is spacious and clean.

Hotel in general is nice most of the staffs are very polite as well apart from the Arab girl that works at the reception very uncivilised and rude for no reason needs serious customer service training also the Asian man that works at the café as well no manners. Apart from those two everyone else very polite.

Great hotel clean and very friendly staff and responsive. The rooms were spacious, bathroom was clean and had lots of towels. WiFi was OK like most hotels to be expected. Distance to Haram was around 15 to 20 mins depending on traffic. Due to the distance you could be spending at least 25 SR one way. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

everything was great especially the reception staff Miss "Ibrar" she have good manner, attitude, and knows hospitality standard only thing, no shutter bus to Haram
