I went in Ramadan Room is nice. Wifi is available Restaurants are available beside the hotel which was something good as well. Reception staff is nice. There are buses to Haram easily accessible except at the return from tarawih prayer, it was difficult to access them due to congestion. I haven't seen room service nor did anyone clean my room within my 4 days stay but for me this wasn't an issue.

Its a decent and neat place to stay in mecca, rooms are clean and well maintained, their breakfast buffet is best priced and tasted good too.

Our Hotel during 2019 Govt Hajj Scheme from Pakistan. Hotel is good but lifts gets extremely overcrowded during Lunch & Dinner Hours as there are few lifts and Hotel has 24 Floors. One has to wait for 50, 60 mins in Lobby during Lunch Dinner Hours. So it's extremely difficult if you have Older people or females with you. Hotel Administration doesn't help in this regard. So if one change his/her residence for Hajj then do change as you will suffer here.

One of the best accommodation in Makkah. The only problem is any hotel during rush hours cannot provide good services. This is true for this hotel as well. Our checkin was confirmed at 4 but we were asked to wait for 2 hours to get the room ready. Location is excellent. Many markets and restaurants are available. Recommended
