Nice and clean property. Large bathrooms. Good front desk staff. Checking in is a bit chaotic as they are overwhelmed with number of people coming in. Every 30 mins to 1 hour there is a shuttle to and from Haram without fail. It also drops at the closest possible point from Bwab Ali. Location is good for shopping and dining.

Nothing wrong with the hotel. One of the best I've stayed in. Very clean and good quality. Breakfast was very good too. All amenities close by. Cannot fault.

One of the best hotels ever with the best service. One of the staff personally helped us throughout our whole stay. The only bad thing is the bus to the haraam. It’s never on time and had to call a taxi multiple times.

Nice experience in the hotel. Rooms are very big campare to other hotels. Parking also available. For going Haram there have given a free service of shuttle every hour Haram to hotel. Over all nice experience.
