Absolutely wonderful stay. Loved the experience. I saved a lot of money staying in this hotel as compared to staying right next to the haram. There’s a shuttle provided by the hotel that takes you directly to the haram. It runs every 20 min or so. There’s a super nice Yemeni bus driver named Majid who provided excellent service. Tremendously hard worker. May Allah bless him and reward him immensely. The hotel itself is also great. Very clean. Probably better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in despite vacationing in various parts of the US. I’m not much of a breakfast person so I didn’t add that on. But I did go once and it was pretty good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing shuttle services as it is in every 30 minutes and it was taking around 15 minutes to reach Al Haram. The breakfast was amazing. Room Size is good enough.

Staying here is definitely worth the money if it's in your budget. A one-bedroom suite is large enough for a family of 5. Breakfast is free for children, and there is a very good selection of food offered from fresh and canned fruits, fresh salads, different types of breads, hot and cold drinks, and hot food. Lunch and dinner are only served in the restaurant for umrah groups, but a room service menu is offered for room guests 24/7. The food is high quality and tasty, with large enough portions for more than one person. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Two shuttle buses are scheduled hourly to take you to Masjid al Haram and back, which is a big bonus to avoid taxis. Customer Services are available 24/7 if you need anything and you'll receive courtesy calls checking if everything is okay. There's a nice masjid for men and ladies with separate ablution areas on the 3rd floor, which offers a quiet space for praying. Will definitely consider booking here again inchaAllah.

A nightmare experience as you can see in the videos, I'll be short and practical: They changed rooms 3 times, rooms cleaning and hygienic level is below zero, all rooms given toilet was not even cleaned. Pillows covers and bed sheets were not changed. Carpet is very dusty. Furniture is not clean and somehow old. There's a problem in washrooms designs of sink where a really bad odor always coming out. Air conditioner cooling is good, however it have high airflow and noise which it will affect your sleep , beside I got allergy, I think they are not maintaining or cleaning Indoor filters. Reception and phone calls are not being answered usually so you need to go down mostly. Location is good inside Aziziyah you have everything you need around. Bus shuttle to Haram is really bad comparing to other hotels in the same level like Hilton or Sheraton or etc, in terms of availability, timings, or number of busses. Breakfast Buffet is great I can say. They will charge you for early check in 50 suadi riyals. Overall I can say try to avoid this hotel as much as you can not worthy at all, Aziziyah or Makkah have alot of different options better than this, doesn't worth the stars or the name of Radisson at all.
