One of the best hotels we stayed in. Let's dive in straight. At the end of the whole stretch of hotels within the clock tower, this is one of the best we stayed in, Alhamdulillah. Room: It is a stretch to walk to the end but we wanted the area with lesser movements/human traffic around. We did get the room nearest to the lift lobby, which is a plus point since we are traveling with senior with wheelchair. The room is clean and very well maintained! Nice cosy corners for us to put items as well. We apologise on the images, as we were pursuing Ibadah instead of our usual shots. Service: The housekeeping staff were superb and were at the top of their game. Constantly asking our experience in the hotel and asking for any other shortcomings that they may assist. We definitely felt the hospitality were well managed, which in turn generated great experiences for guests. Location: The hotel itself is within the clock tower. Our exit is beside the Swissotel. Since we were rather familiar with the area, we had an easier time traveling up n down from hotel to mosque with ease. We definitely will give 5 stars for this hotel. Cheers! Fyi, The floor with the Mosque is a plus when u have seniors with wheelchair

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MUSLIMS Our room 722’s bathroom fixtures were in direction of Qibla. It’s not permissible in Islam to urinate in direction of Qibla. So I showed hotel management saying of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and asked them to change our room. He said almost all of our bathrooms are designed like this. I got my room changed to 226 and same issue was in 226, direction of commode was towards Qibla. Please everyone avoid staying in this hotel. It’s not constructed by a sane Muslim.
