Description

Founded in 1947 and named after the founder’s daughter, La Romana started out as a small town center shop in the historical city of Rimini in Italy. Today the Gelato parlor has spread its name to many different parts of the world, including Riyadh.

La Romana serves ice cream and desserts with the finest quality ingredients; the parlor has maintained the same authentic style of preparation and taste. At first glance, the interior matches perfectly with the mind’s idea of the ideal color theme for a parlor - soft grey walls accompanied by beige counters and furnishing. Although the glass display has the ice cream hidden beneath lids, each flavor can still be viewed and sampled upon request. 

The triple scoop is a favorite at Romana, but the ice cream shop also sells cakes, crepes, and coffees. If you want a taste of Italian Gelato at its finest, you can find La Romana dal 1947 within The Zone on Takhassussi Street.

Stays the best ice cream in town. Friendly staff The location in the zone is great I have tried all the flavors that they serve till now that, i can’t prefer one on another. If you are in Takhassousi or in the zone this is a recommended place to pass by.

They have very good coffee even they are not specialised in coffee. I tried their Spanish it's nice.. Staff is good and welcoming. They have crepes n waffle also which look delicious.
