Only the location is good the service is very poor the room is not sound proof .no room service and the staff are rude

This hotel is situated in a good location but the other than that I would not recommend this hotel. First, the building is not well maintained. Their wifi is the worst. I was complaining many times but Mr Mahmoud, the reception, responded unprofessionally that something wrong with my laptop while I could connect and work normally in other hotels. Second, to my shock, one night a big rat came to my room through the broken wall hole from outside. Third, there is no kitchen equipped except a small fridge and a microwave, and they did not allow guests to cook. My comment is that : unless you cannot find any other hotel and have to stay somewhere for a couple of nights, I will definitely not recommend this hotel and do not want to go back. There are a lot better hotels in this neighbourhood.
