Description

Golden Dragon is one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Riyadh, which was established 35 years ago. The restaurant consists of one floor and has large Chinese floor vases, blossom trees, and traditional Chinese paintings of bamboo and nature. The seats are in red, which symbolizes fortune and happiness, and gold, which is a Royal Colour in Chinese culture.

Their menu has a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes such as fried garlic rice, chicken soup, sizzling shrimps, beef, and chicken noodles. The staff is friendly, and they do a Chinese show for you when they serve you food which is very fun. This hidden gem is located inside Al Mousa Centre on Olaya Street, Riyadh.

Not a high end Chinese. Ambiance is good. Taste better than many. Serving size is ample. Rates economical.

Ordered some food recently and was pleasantly surprised to find this as a restaurant that I'd visit again. Food was not the overly sweet "food court" style stuff but still had the comfort food take-away style, which is what I was after, tasty. Plus points for being able to order with a proper level of spice, i.e. "oyster beef" was possible to get with the proper spicy chili oil broth instead as "chinese style". Be sure to ask if you're a friend of spicy food. Very accommodating service on that front.
