Description

Golden Dragon is one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Riyadh, which was established 35 years ago. The restaurant consists of one floor and has large Chinese floor vases, blossom trees, and traditional Chinese paintings of bamboo and nature. The seats are in red, which symbolizes fortune and happiness, and gold, which is a Royal Colour in Chinese culture.

Their menu has a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes such as fried garlic rice, chicken soup, sizzling shrimps, beef, and chicken noodles. The staff is friendly, and they do a Chinese show for you when they serve you food which is very fun. This hidden gem is located inside Al Mousa Centre on Olaya Street, Riyadh.

Authentic Chinese Cuisine! Their hot & sour soup was the best among all dishes that we ordered from the menu. Rest of the things were average in taste. The serving quantities are big and prices are affordable. I don’t want to over criticize but honestly we have better options for Chinese food in Riyadh.

Better than PF Chang for a cheaper price. I come here for my Chinese food craving (I'm Chinese and spent 15 years of my adult life in Shanghai and Beijing). Their standard offerings are good and the stir fry noodles are quite authentic. I also suggest the sizzling fish fillet in black beans for a taste of south China nostalgia. The ambiance looks like a 70's Hong Kong restaurant, service is acceptable, but I come here for the food.

Real Chinese food and good value. The facelifting is well-done with more comfortable decor and neatly arranged. Food standard is unchanged, good.
