Al Waha Palace Hotel

I recently stayed at your hotel in Riyadh and wanted to provide some feedback. Firstly, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic! Being in the heart of Riyadh made it very convenient for me to explore the city and visit all the major attractions. Thumbs up on that! Although the service was decent, I believe there is room for improvement. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I felt that the overall service could be more attentive and prompt. It would be great if you could possibly enhance the service experience for future guests. Now, let's talk about the room decorations. While the basic amenities were in place, I personally felt that the room could use some development in terms of decor. It lacked a certain charm and warmth that could make it more inviting and comfortable. Adding some artistic touches or unique accessories could go a long way in enhancing the overall ambiance of the rooms. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience staying at your hotel. With a few tweaks here and there, I believe you could significantly elevate the guest experience. I hope you find my feedback helpful and consider incorporating these suggestions.

Room service is quick which usually is a problem with most hotels. The reception folks were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to electronics and I could buy my phone charger which I had forgotten. Breakfast is not good esp if you’re veg - very limited spread. Rooms are okay.

I stayed here last week.this place u can ranked in 4 stars hotel list.entrance view is amazing then u find a well behaved customer service table.on the right side waiting hall.7th floor is gym facility available..restaurant on the ground floor.rooms r neat n clean n room service also quick.i recommend u stay here

The hotel staffs are really nice especially the front desk staffs are really accommodating. Excellent service! The room is spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the jacuzzi and the swimming pool has a heater which we really liked! The hallway smells good.

Quiet 4 Stars Hotel , Central location , good food , Room is fine , Staff is helpful , but not responding to room calls quickly , also room service & laundary not available all the time
