Al Diwan Lounge is great for getting coffee and desserts. The atmosphere is nice and calm. Al Diwan has a variety of desserts and coffees. They have hot and cold drinks like hot chocolate, cold chocolate, Spanish lattes, ice tea, and more. They have desserts like cakes, cookies, and many more delicious desserts to eat. The lounge is clean and tidy, and the decor of the lounge is simple and elegant. The service is very nice as well. The Diwan lounge is located inside the Movenpick Hotel on floor P11 (lobby level).

I had a positive experience during my stay. The breakfast provided was very good, While the bed mattresses in the first room were comfortable, the ones in the second room were not up to par. However, the staff promptly addressed this issue and replaced the mattress for me, ensuring my comfort. I encountered challenges with weak internet connectivity, but the attentive staff went above and beyond to assist me by changing my room, resolving the issue promptly. Despite being at a distance, the view of the Alharam was good, even its from a far angle. Furniture seemed a bit dated. Nevertheless, the standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the outstanding crew. Their dedication and helpfulness greatly contributed to a positive overall experience.

I’ll write my experience in English so that my brothers and sisters who don’t speak arabic can understand and benefit from it. Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food we ordered was delicious and the prices were acceptable. The service was very quick and amazing. Would definitely go back to it if i ever had the chance to visit mecca again 🙏🏻.

I will never stay here again, we come here almost every year and all of the hotels have better service than here. We asked them to clean our room several times, left the cleaning sign on the door but they didn't clean for 2 days. Once they cleaned it, they basically put back the same bedsheets and didn't clean the bathroom, didn't leave any towels, and didn't leave any shampoos. When we asked, we needed towels. He told my husband very rudely, you can only get 2 towels that you already got. Extreme rude people, extremely bad service. Overall Movenpick is really not a good hotel pick as we booked through same hotel in Madina and it was even worse.

I had a great experience there. Everything is perfect and most importantly, the eco-friendly patterns they are using. The open buffet I had was in Al Naim restaurant. The food there is so good and the service was super nice. Really helped my peace there.

Excellent room service staff. Very friendly and attentive. Cleaners did very good job too. But very disappointed with breakfast. Same food everyday .....we stayed there for 8 nights and served same breakfast every morning. Never seen anything like that anywhere. Customer service in the reception area is quite lame . They need to know how to deal with non speaking Arabic language.
