Al Diwan Lounge is great for getting coffee and desserts. The atmosphere is nice and calm. Al Diwan has a variety of desserts and coffees. They have hot and cold drinks like hot chocolate, cold chocolate, Spanish lattes, ice tea, and more. They have desserts like cakes, cookies, and many more delicious desserts to eat. The lounge is clean and tidy, and the decor of the lounge is simple and elegant. The service is very nice as well. The Diwan lounge is located inside the Movenpick Hotel on floor P11 (lobby level).

Very nice experience. Room service was excellent. They even call back to confirm we got the service needed. Happy with the way our room was cleaned with every small detail. The cleaning person by the name of yousuf was nice and did a great job.

Our room has a partial Haram view. It is amazing. There is speaker in our room as if you pray behind the Imam directly, you can control the voice volume or switch it off. Regarding the staff and workers in general they are super friendly and highly professional. The room service staff are super gentle and very respectful. The lounge in P11 floor is cozy and fancy. I do like the whole experience and definitely I will repeat it with god willing in the same location.

Despite checking-in online prior to arrival, physical check-in lasted like forever. It took me more than 30 minutes to get the room key. Didn't feel privileged although I am an Accor ALL Silver member. Room was spacious and clean, but not well noise-isolated. I could easily hear my neighbours next-door and definitely they could have heard me!!

Excellent service. Quick response. Housekeeping and cleaning staff Provided excellent services. Supervisor was always there to recheck things were going ok. Housekeeping staff Was Great. Always provided things on time without any negative attitude. Room number 1406.

Food service was night. Great with smile at the door. Hassan even come to our table and offer hot drink to us. Highly recommended to stay here. Food taste good (5 stars and more if i can give)
