Al Diwan Lounge is great for getting coffee and desserts. The atmosphere is nice and calm. Al Diwan has a variety of desserts and coffees. They have hot and cold drinks like hot chocolate, cold chocolate, Spanish lattes, ice tea, and more. They have desserts like cakes, cookies, and many more delicious desserts to eat. The lounge is clean and tidy, and the decor of the lounge is simple and elegant. The service is very nice as well. The Diwan lounge is located inside the Movenpick Hotel on floor P11 (lobby level).

Excellent room service staff. Very friendly and attentive. Cleaners did very good job too. But very disappointed with breakfast. Same food everyday .....we stayed there for 8 nights and served same breakfast every morning. Never seen anything like that anywhere. Customer service in the reception area is quite lame . They need to know how to deal with non speaking Arabic language.

Room with good beds but small. AC can't cool room better than 23c although in December. Toilet utilized and need some renovation. Service quickly but AC service team with low professional as they justify AC cooling at point of fan only. Adding important point as hot water for shower need to wait more than 10 minutes (water equal to 3 persons take shower goes without using

Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay. Traffic was difficult, but our stay was amazing with Kaabah view room. Breakfast at Naim Restaurant was one of the best i have had. Waiterd Moosa and Rafeeq gave us treatment that made us feel valued. Shukran Jazeelan Hussein Shaik

Very nice hotel. I am impressed with the speakers in every room so we can pray as if we're in the mosque ? saved a lot of hassle for me because I am ill and unable to move physically for each prayer. Santo Sheikh from housekeeping is very friendly and does a good job cleaning the room. Room 2207
