The service at the hotel was exceptional. Super quick check-in process. The breakfast was well-organized and the staff particularly Mr. Malu at the restaurant courteously assisted us. Unlike other places in the area, the housekeeping was remarkably quick and prompt in responding to requests. Mr. Rayhan fixed our room perfectly in no time. Outstanding service overall.

Nice delicious food prepared by Chef Nazimuddin. It was so tasty. Nice staff and service. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Mr. Dito took good care of us during the whole time. 5 stars to all of them.

Room was dirty but the staff was helpful and assisted me to change the room. I would have expected better from the hotel as it was not during the peak season and also i had much better experience before, hence my decision to come back here. Breakfast had a fair variety of food although i remember it having more choices in the past. Staffs in the restaurant was very helpful, especially Malu who took good care of us

Awesome experience overall. Wish the rooms and the beds were better but overall i had a good experience in this hotel. Very good location. Chef Dito was very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend their buffet to other guests! Thank you!

the food i’ve had tonight is very good. I love sweet and sour fish and most of the soups here have a great taste. Also, the room had 0 problems at all so i’ve had an amazing experience here thanks chef
