Description

Al Bayt is an international buffet restaurant located in the five-star Al Marwa Rayhan by Rotana hotel in the Abraj Al Bait complex. It offers a great international breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet.  For dinner, they have biryani, grills, fried chicken, salads, and many more items to eat. They have desserts like fruit cake, jelly, pudding, kunafa, and more. The interior is elegantly designed and comfortable.

Breakfast: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Lunch: 01:00 PM to 03 :00 PM

Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Room was dirty but the staff was helpful and assisted me to change the room. I would have expected better from the hotel as it was not during the peak season and also i had much better experience before, hence my decision to come back here. Breakfast had a fair variety of food although i remember it having more choices in the past. Staffs in the restaurant was very helpful, especially Malu who took good care of us

First of all, the quality of the entire buffet menu is outstanding. The view whilst eating is fantastic and absolutely breathtaking from a high viewpoint. The room service on the other hand is just terrible. The house keepers barely went to clean and check on our room and floor. The bathroom is also quite cramped and cold. As a conclusion, this hotel is great, but has it's flaws.

Update *** our refund has been issued *** Our stay was a bit difficult for 2 reasons. 1. Our room smelled like cigarettes, but that was resolved after 1 night by giving us a new room 2. We were charged for an extra bed, even though we should not have, because we are members. Upon check out we were assured about a refund . But it’s been 30 days and no refund so far . I have reached out to the hotel twice Other than that , location was good, service, food, facilities were all good

The rooms, food and service was upto the mark.. Location is also good and near to haram... Hygiene and personal care was also very nice.. Friendly and active staff... I love to stay here...
