Description

Agate is without a doubt one of the trendiest restaurants in Medina. Its fine international cuisine and its large room with a view overlooking the Hijrah Walk mean that some evenings the restaurant is full and you will not be able to get a table if you do not have a reservation.  Access to the restaurant is on the side of the building via an elevator that will take you to the third floor where a receptionist will place you at a table or ask you to wait in the entrance which also serves as a waiting room. 

Once seated, you can choose from a multitude of dishes ranging from tuna maki to lobster risotto. The starters and desserts are amazing and you can finish your meal with a delicious crème brûlée or a strawberry waffle. The room is beautiful and its velvet armchairs and sofas are very comfortable. The Agate restaurant is located in a big building with several restaurants and cafes along the Hijrah Walk, on Al Abbas bin Obada Road, Al Qaswa, Madina Street.
