Description

Agate is without a doubt one of the trendiest restaurants in Medina. Its fine international cuisine and its large room with a view overlooking the Hijrah Walk mean that some evenings the restaurant is full and you will not be able to get a table if you do not have a reservation.  Access to the restaurant is on the side of the building via an elevator that will take you to the third floor where a receptionist will place you at a table or ask you to wait in the entrance which also serves as a waiting room. 

Once seated, you can choose from a multitude of dishes ranging from tuna maki to lobster risotto. The starters and desserts are amazing and you can finish your meal with a delicious crème brûlée or a strawberry waffle. The room is beautiful and its velvet armchairs and sofas are very comfortable. The Agate restaurant is located in a big building with several restaurants and cafes along the Hijrah Walk, on Al Abbas bin Obada Road, Al Qaswa, Madina Street.

Perfect atmosphere and decoration but food wasnt as expected Good place to have ramdan buffet during iftar the service is excellent but you should make reservations first they dont accept clients without prior reservations and the place is always full occupied Prices need to be re visited it is not high too much but need to be revised or to add more items to the buffet. Overall good place

Place was clean and beautiful, priced very nice. The food was very tasty and delicious we ordered the sushi 25 piece for 189 Sar and it tasted amazing although it was all fried and we ordered water but they gave us sparkling water which cost 16 Sar, customer service was nice too

Nice , modern restaurant.. if you have a gust it would be nice to invite them to that restaurant.. We ordered 1)burger tower 7/10 it would be better if the meet was more juicy & not colored 2)Taco it was really yummy crunchy and tasty ? 10/10 3)shish tawooq with Zafran rice 9/10 Pineapple juice 8/10

I really liked the resturant ! The reception was nice and tidy, the staff were professional and friendly.nice presentation for the plates that we ordered (burgers sliders, steaks and appetizers...) thier preparation for the birthday party was appropriate and beautiful.
