Rooms and location are great. but the 2 staff in the reception saudi wowan and the guy at graveyard shift!??? Brainless people ive ever met very unprofessional and they shoudn’t be there they need to go back to school to learn Great manners. Hope the management retrained this kind of employees. Very bad image !!!!!

The hotel I lived in for two days, the furniture is very worn out and makes sounds when you sit on it. Hygiene is bad. Cockroaches walk in front of you while you are sitting. The prices of food are very high. Likewise, the club under the whole pool is green. The strangest hotel he has ever been to, very bad. I booked from Booking, paid the amount, and went to the end. He said to wait three to four hours!! I tried to cancel the reservation, but it was useless, and they took the money. God does not bless them with it. There are no parking spaces or cleanliness. I don't know how the rest of the people go.

The service and facilities are not good... Reception never explain evrything he just thinking about the money income and not approachable very bad experience never ever try again to this kind of hotel... Bad experience hope to check it by the management;

The first time I visit and most likely last time .. Bad treatment from staff - I entered I want to relax in Cafe and take coffee I do not smoke unfortunately there is no place for non-smokers - Bad treatment by the staff and they do not provide any assistance manner - The city is full of other competing options The location is crowded and not clean.
