Description

Nabob is a lovely restaurant that specialises in serving American food with a local twist. The restaurant consists of a one floor seating area that is beautifully decorated in modern style and is located in a vibrant restaurant area. Nabob is founded by three Saudi young men and they use high quality local ingredients for you to enjoy the best dining experience.

Chef Abdulmajeed added Saudi ingredients in his recipes such as Shagra Pepper and Al Qasab Salt to give their food a local twist. Their menu is very simple yet you will enjoy a quality and profound taste. Their Nabob burger is made of three types of beef cuts which makes it so tender, tasty and juicy. You can add extra toppings to your burger like eggs, caramelised onions and more.

They also serve amazing side dishes such as their unique Tacosa which is taco with beef and zucchini as well as their delicious fires that have special spices with a selection of different sauces. Their salad is very delicious and they use the local Shagra red pepper and roasted cashews to give it an elevated taste.

Try their amazing chocolate mousse topped with Al Qasab salt which gives richness to the chocolate. The ambience is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and welcoming and they will happily explain their menu to you and tell you their story. This unique restaurant is located in Makkah Al Mukarramah Br Rd, Riyadh.

Burger joint The burger is juicy and tastes good. They usually do it medium to medium well. I would try it again medium well to well done. Fries is delicious. Service is excellent but it’s a soft opening.
