Located on a busy road, it is quite accessible. However the hygiene is not maintained. There is a smell coming as well in the lobby all the time. Also the breakfast is fixed daily and there are no varieties except for one dish.

The property is very outdated. Barely maintained. Bathroom smells bad. Dangerous items abandoned on the hallway.

Shabby old fashioned hotel, the maintenance is at a minimum, the staff seems being annoyed at any questions. We hadn't any towels in the bathroom and had to ask many times before having. The bathroom itself is mouldy. Rooms aren't soundproofed. The neighbour, although not being far away from Deera square, is super noisy and dirty, seems more to be in Islamabad than Riyadh, and if your bedroom faces to the main road, you ll have to be dealing from early in the morning with the traffic jam noise. Definitely it s not a 3 * hotel.
