Location is good but at best a 3 star hotel, nothing to do with Hyatt Hotels.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. All of the staff that cheked us in lied that the indoor pool & suana are working, and that was the only reason we paid for the stay. Later it turned out that nothing is working there and they blunty LIED to us at the check-in. When we demanded the refund, they refused. And after locked us out of the room because they didn't take a number from our marriage certificate and didn't do their proper documentation at the check-in. The manager of the hotel was lying through his teeth and was extremely rude. They not only LIED to us, they LOCKED US OUT OF OUR ROOM.

The receptionist lied that the sauna is working while checking in and when we went to use it, they said it is broken. We specifically chose this hotel for this service. When I asked the guy to clean the steam room before we use it he said 1. All staff has gone home 2. It's already clean since last use (god knows when)
