The place is an absolute mess. No parking for the cars, its surrounded by asians which does not care about hygene. Rooms and the whole ambiance was stinking like hell. Never ever recommended to anyone. Tulip Residences has gone down soo much. I never expected a Tulip residence with such a bad experience.

We call them 12:35 am and I ask for them two week room the receiption he close the phone on my face it’s RUDE AND INSULT the way he talk no English no English! They should stop such rude people to work in hotel. SHAME !!!

Rooms and location are great. but the 2 staff in the reception saudi wowan and the guy at graveyard shift!??? Brainless people ive ever met very unprofessional and they shoudn’t be there they need to go back to school to learn Great manners. Hope the management retrained this kind of employees. Very bad image !!!!!

The hotel I lived in for two days, the furniture is very worn out and makes sounds when you sit on it. Hygiene is bad. Cockroaches walk in front of you while you are sitting. The prices of food are very high. Likewise, the club under the whole pool is green. The strangest hotel he has ever been to, very bad. I booked from Booking, paid the amount, and went to the end. He said to wait three to four hours!! I tried to cancel the reservation, but it was useless, and they took the money. God does not bless them with it. There are no parking spaces or cleanliness. I don't know how the rest of the people go.
