Asslaamu Alykum...Me and family stayed here for 6 nights our £500 was stolen as well as some fresh honey ? from the room.. The sad thing is that Manger Sameer did not investigate neither his Mangement didn't even try to help us to resolve the issues..So give this hotel a 0 star for its approach to dealing with its customers..I hope they get their DUE very soon..I still can't believe how can someone do this. These people have no God Counseience .

Security Guy at the entrance at the time of juma salah didnt let people sit & offer pray for 10 minutes. Even though at that time its not a obstruction to sit at the door.. I believe owner of the hotel have no idea of such things.

I booked my room one week before coming. And they didn’t let me enter the room before 4:00 pm. I stayed in the reception for about 2 hrs.

Horrible Experience. Receptionist is not responsive, when asked WiFi is not working, they are asking to come down at reception to get it resolved. When said it's working on ground floor but not in room, they said call tomorrow at reception. We can't help. That's all I got by paying SAR 550 per night for quad room. Those who are travelling with family and children, never book this Hotel. You can get better hotels near by at lower Price.

Pro: Location Cons: booked a king with a city view . I was given a twin with no view . After asking them I was given twin bed pushed together and that was king ..no view . Rooms are not cleaned well . You have to call more than 5 times for them to come to clean . Asked for bedsheets to be changed nothing was done . Rooms are roughly cleaned in the evening . Food was great iftar time . But after eid breakfast was not good . Light in the room was going on and off after letting the receptionist know she said maintenance will be there ..no one came . This place can be 5 star if the customer service was excellent and management’s was listening to customers ..However it’s a place that I would say you need to stay for a day but for NOT longer period you will be frustrated .
