Awful experience

I came to AL Medina Al Munawara on Thursday. 20/10
Firstly , We came from Movenpic Makkah
-Hayar Tower To Taiba Front (Medina) infrontof Prophet's Mosque:
The reservation was under my wife's
name/chemical: Mona omat Abdelazizothman
The deal was upon 800 SAR one night add to taxes
So 3 nights = 2700 S AR
Wearrived at 1:30 on Thursday- and They told us
there was anelectrical malfunctian and it'll besolved . I waited till 8:30 nothing happened.
We suggested to cancel our reservation my family and cousin Dr Manal Soliman room 823 but they refused although she paid 1900 SAR.
Secondly. The harms and faults through our
experience. Entering our rooms by Phone spotlights , there wasn't any Flash lights .
We Found just 3 miniwater bottles. I guess it was for babies not humans.
We tried calling the reception no one answered or even helped .The duty manager's behaviour towards us at reception was awful
that's not even good for hotel's reputations : You won't imagine that there
isn't any hotel's officer Caring about his guests exhaustion. The bellmen
didn't helP us at all incarrying our luggage. I'm a 60 year old man
Me and my daughter carried it up to 8thfloor.
Wifi wasn't working for 3 days , me as an enginner and got a buisness visa , my daughter as dr in faculty of alsun our work was delayed.
The breakfast was a suck and not a great value to compare it to hajar movenpick in pastries , walnuts , even the service was awful , omlette's station wasn't working at hagar movenpick in a minute they changed it .
I am a Hilton honor and 6 content club.
The reception's behaviour in answering us for about 5 times for any question, suggestion was terrible , very arrogant towards us.
The Tv's weren't working always no signal.
After the electricity had worked at
2 am itwas 86 the airconditioner . I called the reception
and told them Please I'm a diabetic and can't get over
that hot weather here . you are in charge of
ruining my insuline which i totally took care of it .ice and everything andit melted. They answered
in minutes andwe willsolve it , nothing happened,
Repair man didnt showup. My Gentlemen
I'm totally upset by this hotel. The don't have
any sense in dealing with guest . Even meaning of hospitality . I'm so harmed from them .
Cause they charged me for the nightof blackout.
Thanks to SaudiaArabia won't charge him about thatnight,taxes. Mnistry of Tourism,
Power Company , Internet company Would
refund hin . Even if they have a bit of honesty in Prophet's city. God said in quran "
Allah orders you to handback trusts to their owners ". You should refundus. I want to reprimand you that I called the hotel's officer Mrsultan and Guestrelationship manager . They just sent us some ( dates) and hot drink.
And also when we arrived we gave the
reception dollars cause we don't have
SAR but they didnit accept it or even
to keep it . TheChanger through
the cutoff wasn't working,
That's an awful reputation for you
as a global hotel for any muslim.
Really what a shame .
