Al Madinah Harmony Hotel

So many bad things… No WiFi in rooms… color scheme feels very awkward… almost No Light in the hallway… Low level furniture… Don’t buy the room with this sort of Window… will make you feel that you are in captured in Jail… But good thing is they switched the room on request that has Uhud Mountain View.. Good point is Very Clean. Can’t say it is a Five Star.

Great hotel but needs renovation. Good distance within the Holy Mosque but the customer service is really bad. Breakfast used to be amazing but the quality and variety has dropped drastically. Would only stay here because of its location otherwise there are many more options.

I needed to fly back to England just to post this review, Internet is that horrible. I have a screenshot of the Internet being 1mbps. They ruin the Internet in the building and convince you to buy their data. The breakfast is loud and crowded, the food is stale and feels like they microwave next day food. I made extra dua this hotel had good breakfast everyday and I promise you it tasted worse than ever. You might as well fast. The only positive is that its kinda close to the al msq an nabawi. Inshallah I hope you all don't go to this hotel and experience this. Subhanallah enjoy your umrah and Hajj.

A lady was given a key card to our room and had just walked in with me and my mom alone in there. Staff at the front desk should've known they had already given us that room. They should've been way more aware and they should've checked if we were still in the room. This hotel they claim it to be a "5 star hotel" but in reality it is not. Service is really bad when they come in to clean our rooms, they only clean the beds and the bathroom , nothing else just that. Moreover, I don't feel safe in this hotel, what if a male wouldve walked in that that would've been way worse and it is an invasion of our privacy. Also, the wifi is really bad here, theres barely any signal to the wifi in the hotel rooms. They speak so good of this hotel but it's actually not. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. It's very very bad. NEVER EVER COME HERE.

Location is near the mosque, but everything else is not worth 5 star hotel. Rooms are outdated. No warm water in the rooms. Very chaotic restaurant with limit room for everyone. Would not recommend this hotel, especially not if you find hygiene important. We came with a travel agency and did not have the option to select the hotel.
