Poor cleaning. Poor customer service. Poor Wi-Fi . Poor ac performance, too crowded , no iron, no laundry and they charge for everything. Shower is really hot that you burn your skin. Avoid staying here. Only plus point is the location which is near to masjid Al nabwi

Why is the hotel so disgusting? People pay good money they deserve basic hygiene,DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT. There is hair on the bed sheets , the floor has marks and is dirty, it is very itchy. Very arrogant hotel and is Not worth your money.They dont give you fresh toilet rolls they all looked used and doors have mold.If you are going to spend so much money on a hotel DO NOT LET IT BE THIS ONE. You have been warned!

Good hotel, good views. Need proper and deep cleaning and some maintenance. The service and staff is very good. Just some repair and maintenance especially after hajj season

Convenient location and comfortable rooms. A very small, cozy hotel. Water in the hallways is tasty and convenient for clean refills. My only complaints: Would be better if there was one chair in each room. Hairdryer also did not work!

Old building & no maintenance, no housekeeping service only dustbin outside in hall you can throw garbage which is full often, reception lady doesn't understand English , no help with luggage. Bathroom wash basin not cleaned. Door Rusted from.bottom. shower curtain smells like urine after the bath. No perfume, air freshener in the room. Shower pipe is rusted. Shower is leak. And So on.. Phone didn't work. Lamp partial broken..fridge not cleaned.
