Staff at reception were rude. The manager never came out to understand the problems.
Rooms were not ready on time, and they weren't cleaned properly. Missing toiletries and other basic things.

Why is the hotel so disgusting? People pay good money they deserve basic hygiene,DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT. There is hair on the bed sheets , the floor has marks and is dirty, it is very itchy.It is Not worth your money.They dont give you fresh toilet rolls they all looked used and doors have mold.If you are going to spend so much money on a hotel DO NOT LET IT BE THIS ONE.

Poor cleaning. Poor customer service. Poor Wi-Fi . Poor ac performance, too crowded , no iron, no laundry and they charge for everything. Shower is really hot that you burn your skin. Avoid staying here. Only plus point is the location which is near to masjid Al nabwi
