Description

Zamzam Pullman Madinah is an upscale, five-star hotel in the city of Medina, the second holiest city of Islam, and home to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the mosque Prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) himself built in the year 622. This grand mosque of Madinah is one of the three most important mosques in the Islamic faith.

Hotel Pullman Zamzam Madina is part of the Pullman Hotels and Resorts chain, a French hotel brand owned by Accor. It looks impressive with its circular grand hall and a mirrored glass façade clad in sandstone-coloured arches. The hotel has 835 guest rooms and suites with large glass windows that let in an abundance of natural light. All rooms and suites have either a city view or a mosque view.

Guests love Pullman Zamzam Madinah because of its convenient location. The hotel is located on Amr Bin Al Gmoh Street, less than 300 metres away from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. It should take guests less than five minutes to walk to the grand mosque from the Pullman Zamzam Madina Hotel.

Other holy destinations in Madinah are accessible from the central Pullman Zamzam Madina location. Al Baqi Cemetery or Jannat-ul Baqi — the resting place for all of Prophet Mohamed’s (PBUH) wives (except two) and other immediate family members — is a few minutes away from the hotel. Quba Mosque and Uhud Mountain (and Masjid Shuhada Uhud) are also within easy reach, approximately 15 minutes and 30 minutes away by car, respectively.

Pullman Zamzam Al Madina has four restaurants on-site; The Horizon, Acacia, Al Mandara, and

Atrium Lobby Café. The Pullman Zamzam Madina menu is decidedly international.

Great location with service centric management, hotel is crowded due to Hajj season. Some receptions are super professional others may need some couching. Lots of parking space on the basement however getting to the hotel is challenging because of road closures and traffic police barriers. The rooms are used heavily and needs continual refreshing

Great hotel, great staff !! I like the layout of the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic with Ibrahim. He is one of a kind. Ibrahim is always ready to serve the customer, very prompt and professional, and always has a smile on his face. I think he should be promoted to a higher position.

I stayed with my mother here at this hotel during Ramadan. In general it was a good stay, but I don't think I would stay there again. Pros: The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The in-room-dining food was delicious and the portions were generous. The location was very close to the prophet's mosque. Many lifts, the waiting time was very short. Cons: The Panorama room was not impressive. You had to sit in a specific small corner in the room to see the prophet's mosque which was disappointing for us. The room service was always late when we needed something and could get in touch with them only after a few calls to the reception.

Our breakfast was included - just wanted to mention that your dining restaurant was very nice. Just that the manager there needs to be more courteous as when he speaks (whether or not he meant it) but he seems a bit arrogant. Also on the last day we were asked to go to mezzanine floor for the breakfast and it felt like we were downgraded. We asked one of the two waiters that we have a guest coming and want to pay for her but they probably did not understand and no one checked on us.

The people are very nice and helpful. They are always smiling and give Salaams. The service is very good. The cleaning staff is very nice too. The location is close to the Masjid for men but far from the women’s entrance. The only issue is we were given a room on the first floor and there is construction right outside of the window all night so we could not sleep. It is starts around 2 a.m. and goes to the morning. It is very loud and woke us up every night. We were told the hotel was full so they couldn’t move us to another room, but online showed there were still rooms available.
