Breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and in good condition, however, they don’t provide good quality instant coffee in rooms and to our surprise they don’t provide milk with your coffee! For a coffee lover, this is a big deal! Further, no iron or ironing board are provided. You have to call room service for one and usually it is being used by another guest.

Location was a big con. Busses drop you off at the ghazi bus stop. During ramadan, it takes hours to get there. It's not a hotel fault, but still think about the location when you book. They had to change my room 4 times. The first room had a water leak from the ceiling. They changed, and then the second room had no wifi coverage, so they changed again. In the 3rd room, the air conditioning broke down, and they changed again. I had to move 4 times during my 8 days' stay. The buffet was listed in SAR30, but the hotel was charging SAR80. There is no other food options nearby this hotel.

Great hotel Good hospitality 3 km from Al haram I paid for my breakfast online while booking through agoda but hotel staff insist me to pay for breakfast don't know why??? He call agoda agent and sorted. Staff is not so much cooperative except housekeeping staff They Dosen't speak English (not a big deal for me ) But they need someone on reception who can speak English at least As an international hotel they need people who can communicate properly. Hard time to communicate with them. Just problem with language and communication. Overall good hotel Recommended.

A little farther than most hotels but a good price and there is a shuttle service in front. Most taxis didn't know how to get here and one got lost on the way and took a long time to figure it out. Maybe consider this if you want a short distance from the Haram - this is definitely not walking distance. The rooms are not cleaned in my 3 days there. Sheets were left messy and not serviced. I'm not sure why but I did request it cleaned after the first day. Otherwise it was convenient and I was able to book last minute at a decent rate. I will however try closer hotels the next time God willing.

Most rooms are very clean and almost new. The prices in ramadhan are quite high and they do not accept online reservations through agoda though you get confirmation but you can manage it by good diplomacy alhamduillah. The breakfast menu is offering a variety of choices but no fruits or cereals. The location is very good. Very unfriendly reception staff.

Midan hotel is a four star hotel in Makkah. It's 3 km from the Great Mosque of Mecca and 7 km from the Abraj Al-Bait Towers. rooms feature Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minifridges. Room service is available 24/7. Bathroom was clean with necessary toiletries. The hotel corridors were spacious giving a good vibe. There was a small pool for the kids. Quiet atmosphere, bus to haram is available right in front of the main entrance. Other amenities include a restaurant, a pool and a kids' playroom, in addition to covered parking.
