Let me start from the advantage : Location is more than perfect with suitable shuttles in front of main gate (-/+ 5 min to Haram ) Room is good not bad but furniture need to be renewed Now the time of the disadvantage: Very bad room service even when we request to clean the room many times from front desk but in vain BTW , if u need a place to sleep in for while & away from road traffic it will be a good choice but don’t expect more Happy trip ;)

Whoever says this hotel is clean really needs to review his cleanliness standards. This hotel is everything but clean. Its very dirty. First of all the hallway and rooms stink! The carpet floors are really dirty & the bathroom wasn‘t cleaned either! Absolutely disgusting. Throughout the day, random disgusting smells emerge from the bathroom, i had to keep the ventilator on for the whole duration i was there. The fridge was very dirty & very loud. It would wake me up in the middle of the night. Thankfully the bedsheets were clean, but a lousy job was done at their presentation. Overall the furniture was broken. The reception personal was also very unfriendly, apparently smiling & answering costs money. The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind & helpful & the food was clean & good. Location: overall ok. Lots of buses that take you to Al Haram. Still, would not recommend & will never come again.

Very bad hotel. Reception staff are very incompetent and there's only 2 Workers for the whole hotel, always long queues. Internet connection is terrible. Room-floors are extremely dirty, the Bathroom was so badly designed, water would flow everywhere and we needed to dry the floors after each and every shower. The other hotel نعمة المودة that literally costed 1/4 of the price of this allegedly "4-Stars" hotel had waaaay better services. Location is near to Harem through the tunnel but the area is extremely isolated otherwise, limited shops and restaurants and just ugly to be in, very underdeveloped. the buffet is extremely overpriced and i literally had to vomit because most of the food besides the dessert was not eatable, literally not eatable. you're better off spending less money on other hotels where you get way more for your money and can enjoy your Umrah more peacefully.

The best thing about this hotel is the workers there, especially Mr. Maher. He helped us a lot. Rooms were clean enough, and housekeeping service was available. The breakfast was an open buffet. There was a good variety of food. The location of the hotel is great because there is a bus shuttle that takes you from and to Haram from a non-stop way that is not accessible to private cars or buses. But the location is way too crowded, but to us, it was good.

Good hotel at reasonable price. Free parking at the basement, free shuttle service and receptionists are cooperative. Although they need to modify their breakfast menu but overall I had a comfortable stay.
