Rubbish shuttle bus service. You could be waiting over an hour in the sun waiting for shuttle from and to Masjid Al haram. Please improve this service. It’s a shame as rooms are good but no good if you can’t get access to Masjid Al haram properly.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Excellent service and at super affordable rates. We stayed for almost a week in makkah and enjoyed our stay here. We stop regularly at makarem whenever we are in makkah. The bus service is 24/7 to and from haram. Restaurants, boofiya, good salon, super market is walkable. I would like to thank the entire team and management of Makarem al bait especially Mr. Jaffar for welcoming the guests with such a pleasant smiling face and for the superb service they offer to Muhrims and the visitors of Haram. May Allah bless you all and reward you with the besttt. Ameeeeen.

Always loved staying here. Spacious rooms, they provide you with iron, iron board, water, kettle, tea bags and bathroom supplies.

Worst service One person in reception not good English communication Booking was in 29 th , came early on the 30th so that we can check in straight away. Told have to wait until 4:00 pm after all others. Despite took the money for the day before they have given the room to someone else.
