Asalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatulahi wa Barakatu Stayed here for 5 days Pros: They allowed us to leave our luggages in a safe room so we can go and perform our ummrah since check in is at 4pm and we arrive to mecca at 6am. The night desk clerk was very nice and helpful with the things we needed. Location is not so far from masjid al haram about 10 minute drive. Bus stop is nearby and bus is free Free wify Cons: Restroom was very dirty, no towels, no soaps, no toilet paper, it was just empty and dirty. The fridge didn't work, the iron broke, the hall ways smell like cigarettes big nono for me. Overall our stay was good if you overlook a few things. Just blessed to have visited such a blessed city. Alhamdulillah

Very far from haram Rubbish customer service No cleaning whatsoever unless you keep asking for it They don’t provide towel and you have to actually beg them to get some Shuttle drops you at the back of haram and you still need to walk a good 15-20 minutes to get in haram I would pay more and get something closer and better quality hotel

I can't even figure out why it have that high rating Very bad service, the rooms are dirty, they don't clean the rooms even if you ask them to. Very far away from El ka'ba, and the buses to El ka'ba are not there most of the time, you have to search for other buses from the Hotels around and ask them if they can pick you up. And sometimes they don't allow. So it is horrible The only thing which could be ok (not good, just ok) is the food, you can eat it. Horrible horrible horrible Hotel

Very very bad receptionist not at all friendly…. Rooms are clean though! Stayed 2 days last week…even the shuttle bus services has no control and had to wait for hours !!!!!! Not recommended at all…they lost their hospitality and brand value!!!!!!

Very very poor service. No room cleaning daily. No proper shuttle bus service. They have only one bus I believe and as per staff claims the bus runs every 20 mins from Masjid Al haram to hotel back n forth but the bus took atleast 40 50 min or sometimes more than that. We have to wait for the bus for nearly an hour to come. Rooms are just OK. It is way not a 4 star hotel as per claims. I will not recommend if you are traveling with your family for any purpose. Be it Hajj/Umra. Very poor service. Staff does not know about the guests coming to their hotel. It took me 2 hours to sort my room out.
