Makarem Al Bait Hotel Al Aziziyah Hotel

I hated it. Me and my family came and we had already paid AND booked a room with four beds online but when we were checking in.. The person at the front was stubborn, they just gave us a key card to a room with 2 beds.. Which was NOT what we want since we are a total of 5 people, the room was clean but after a little more arguing they made us switch to another room more then two times, the one we ended up with had four beds just like we wanted, yet it was NOT clean especially the bathroom, disgusting.. And well the muslim-shower was broken aswell as the toilet seat and shower. The staff was rather lazy. The mini fridge didnt work well so we called room service..Yet the person who came was rude and also the man who was helping with our bags was rushing a lot, was rude as well and didnt listen to anything. The Wifi was bad, we didnt have any signals on the beds AT ALL. My experience here was VERY bad since the last time I came to this hotel and it REALLY needs better room service and also staff.

Very bad experience, I was in room 407 for 9 days , when you call for something they never replied to the phone, I went to the reception the girl doesn’t even look at you while she’s talking and she’s on the phone all the time which is very rude customer service , I don’t advice people to come to this hotel at all and I feel sorry for myself spending 9 days with you guys without even asking us if we want to refresh the room

Very reasonable price and excellent services, available bus shuttle services to Al Haram masjid

Not a hotel, its a joke. They will make joke out of your journey. I don’t even suggest to my enemies to stay here.

All circumstances serve to make the place special, but the service is less than expected. The kettle has fungus. The ironing machine and hairdryer are broken. There are no towels for the bathrooms I hope the management will avoid such problems and make the place better
