Very bad hotel room is not so clean staff don’t know how to greet and talk with customers the worst experience when we woke-up in the morning and came for the breakfast and they stopped while eating by saying there is no breakfast included, we need to go to the reception and argue because we already paid for the breakfast and after few min they saying sorry please continue. It happened 2 days continuously.

Very friendly welcoming desk, I arrived in the morning while the check in starts at 3 pm But they made all they can to accommodate me upon my arrival. The rooms are clean, way cleaner than other way more expensive hotels There is a shuttle that takes you to masjid Al Haram that operates the whole day and night. Definitely will be choosing it again for my next visit to mecca

Decent 3 star hotel. Pleasant receptionists. Rooms were pretty neat and clean but felt bit congested maybe it was because I had booked a single bedroom. Locker was available. Other amenities included was a small wardrobe, water heater, small fridge, tv etc. No prayer mats, no iron box or the table, no dental kit. Pre-filled shampoos/shower gel was available. Room service guys were very friendly.

I'd say everything is good except location. Far from Haram, can't walk it as they have tunnel in between, so it costs 20 to 30 Rial if you take taxi or you can use their shuttle service but they have specific times. Also, there is no restaurant nearby.

Nice place to stay, a cut above the usual run down old hotel, great looks, well appointed rooms just a bit more care needed Next to no shops or restaurants around
