Rooms are beautiful but the service is soooooo baddddddd. Never experience such a slow and bad service. When we need something for the room we have to ask 5 or 6 times. And the room wasnt cleaned. Service is really bad

Budget hotel and value for money. Room was stylish and beautiful but was bit smaller in size. Lighting was very dim for regulr wrk Hotel staff was not really helpful apart of house keeping bengali staff Shuttle bus fixed timing is not very helpful as the gap is atleast of 1 hour further the drop off point is very far from haram. Overall if u are going specifically for umra purpose, this hotel is not suitable
