“Has to be improved ” As it’s quite far from the Haram, the shuttle bus has to be more frequent, specially on high season like this days. Cleanliness is not as it should be, though it has modern new furniture! You have to ask the reception several times till they send you a request! Anyway it was good but not as expected

Horrible. All the reviews said they were good but when I went it was disgraceful.we had to swap rooms so many times because they gave us the wrong room. And they kept on ignoring us.the service is horrible, I asked to clean our bathroom and when I checked it took them 5-10 minutes to come but when they came and cleaned there was still dirt on the floor. I checked my second room which I was supposed to get and on the bathroom ceiling there were millions of insects jumping around.and this location is also very bad because I went on the bus it took us 30 minutes as they took the road down 😕

I absolutely hated the experience. The service was poor throughout. The desk managers lacked professionalism and mishandled our bookings. They were also exceedingly impolite and made things harder to resolve.Throughout our two days there, our room wasn't cleaned by anyone.Furthermore, there were also a lot of judgmental staff members.It was totally not worth it for the breakfast.The meal wasn't worth the money because it was cold and didn't taste as delicious. I advise against coming here.

Me and my son stayed this hotel Dec this year we found everything in this hotel is superb the reception staff are always smiling and very helpful the room is so clean with clean furniture the bus to the harm is 24 hours in service. Finally I would recommend to anyone who need a pleasant stay in makkah

I travel the world and stay in a lot of hotels. If you want to relax after a tired day, do not stay in this hotel. The sound insulation is very, very bad. There was a large family with children in the room next to me and they never let me sleep. They were making noise until late at night and in the morning I heard their voices again. I was waking up. I asked the reception to change my room so that I could sleep, but instead of changing it, they said that they warned the family and it would not happen again, of course, this is impossible. I couldn't sleep during my stay due to baby crying and children fighting.
