Very bad elevators(lift) some stop in the middle and then you have to call manager for rescue, three time in my stay of a week elevator (lift) stop and staff of the hotel rescue through manual method. 2nd under construction still. 3rd the near by gate of Masjid is closed and you have enter from far away. 4th No WiFi available in the Room's even in 2nd floor. 5th two rooms have one bathroom. Last have another hotel naming Baisan selver hotel opposite to Palestine hotel give instead of Noor Al Salah which is about 2 km away from Masjid ul Haram.

One of the worst hotel I have seen in my life bad staff behaviour old beds hygienic level is -0 lift is not working properly it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get to your room

Dangerous lift operated by ghosts, it can take you to 13 floor instead of opening at floor zero. Rooms full of bugs. Need daily cleaning and dis infection.

The staff at hotel is very polite. They will guide you about each and everything. However, the services of rooms are not upto the mark. They do not provide towel, soap, warm water, room food services, daily cleaning of rooms. It is very close to Masjid Haram. You can get to the Masjid Haram in just 3 to 5 minutes. Pakistani food is available here. The prices are somewhat reasonable.

Its near to new king fahad extension phase of Haram and the road is not straight mean walking was not east at all. Rooms are small in size and hotel management is not helpful to resolve issue. There was no restaurant and shops near to this hotel area if needs something the shop market is far from here or to get things from clock tower hotel. No parking place and if you park for sometime also its a risk to get a fine.
