Very comfortable environment. Workers hold clients in high esteem. Very courteous and hospitable reception from the staff. Very worthwhile visit. I can't really vouch for the rooms, since I didn't book a room.

I stayed here for a few months in 21 and 22. Staff are excellent. They would ome up to me and ask how I was if I had not been there for a few week. Rooms in need of a refurbishment. Electrics getting old. Food generally good - but cheap and unimaginative. It was looking a real mess outside - but it looks a lot tidier. Now needs a link of paint inside and out.

Rather old hotel. Rooms large but in need of an overhaul. Good breakfast buffet but inconsistent drink service. Seems understaffed. Several mix ups with car bookings. Friendly service but not always effective. Can't charge to room from attached coffee shop.

After 2 weeks of staying in this place, the noticed positive side in this hotel is its employees, they are friendly and kind, as Mr. Masud Rana, Mr. Anwar, Mr. Khursheed, Mr. Seiful... Breakfast are very well prepared and delicious. You will find some insects in the rooms, keep your eyes open.

Am staying in this hote frequently for business,this time The hotel provided me with a special need room although I have an early reservation and they claim no rooms available, I checked in 15 mins before my friend but he received a normal room. They shifted me to other room second night and it wasn't clean and no iron in the room which is not happening the first time. However, I just wanted to share my experience which will not be repeated, as I already asked my company to sign a contract with another hotel.
